- Graduates
in any discipline with a minimum of Second Class Honours Upper Division or
its equivalent.
- Must
be smart, innovative, numerate, trainable and a good team player.
- Not
above 26 years as at December 2012
- Must
have completed the National Youth Service Corp programme
