POSITION: QUALITY CONTROL OFFICERS

QUALIFICATION:
- B.Sc./HND in Food Technology, Biochemistry, Industrial Chemistry or other related field
- Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in a food industry preferably in a biscuit manufacturing outfit and not more than 30 years old

Statement Of CBN Core Mandate
The mandate of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) is derived from the 1958 Act of Parliament, as amended in 19911993,1997,1998,1999 and 2007.
The CBN Act of 2007 of the Federal Republic of Nigeria charges the Bank with the overall control and administration of the monetary and financial sector policies of the Federal Government.
The objects of the CBN are as follows:
  1. ensure monetary and price stability;
  2. issue legal tender currency in Nigeria;
  3. maintain external reserves to safeguard the international value of the legal tender currency;
  4. promote a sound financial system in Nigeria; and
  5. act as Banker and provide economic and financial advice to the Federal Government.
The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and other stakeholders, has concluded the design of a revolutionary programme to transform agricultural lending in Nigeria. Known as the Nigeria Incentive-based Risk Sharing System for Agricultural Lending (NIRSAL), the programme is aimed at de-risking lending to the entire agricultural value chain in Nigeria.
Job Title: Team Lead, Project Implementation Office (PIO) (Ref:CBN/NIRSAL/JOBADV/01)
The Job:
i. The Team Lead will monitor progress by establishing a tracking mechanism to ensure that activities are performed as planned.
ii. He/She will have the responsibility for establishing a firms foundation for the take-off of NIRSAL by identifying, analyzing and pre-empting challenges and resolving same promptly.
iii. The Team Lead will be responsible for the establishment of the Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) that will ultimately implement and drive NIRSAL.
ix. He/She will prepare regular reports to the CBN and NIRSAL’ High LevelManagement Committee and act on their decisions.

iv. The implementation strategy of NIRSAI requires the Team Lead, Project Implementation Office (PIO), to drive the establishment of NIRSAL’s five pillars which include, risk sharing, bank incentive, insurance, technical assistance and agricultural bank rating components as well as the engagement of key stakeholders and partners.
v. The Team Lead who will be expected to conclude the assignment in six (6) months will report to NIRSAL’s High Level Management Committee comprising the CBN, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ministry of Water Resources, the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA), the Banker’s Committee and a representative of the agribusinesscommunity.
vi. The person will be required to manage an impact focused team of six to eight members with project management, problem-solving and leadership skills and work with partners who are committed to quickly delivering concrete results on NIRSAL.
vii. The Team Lead will coordinate NIRSAL’s implementation preparatory plan and stakeholder engagement process to ensure that defined milestones are achieved.
viii. He/She will be charged with the engagement of State Governments, banks, farmers, processors, and other agricultural value chain operators and negotiating their buy in and support throughout the implementation preparation phase of NIRSAL.

Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct a quality check on all proposals and reports

Job Title: Sales Managers – Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt & Kano
We are seeking for exceptional candidates to head the GDS sales. Ideal candidate should be self starter that can work without supervision and work to achieve target. Applicant should be based in the city of choice for three consecutive years.
Qualification: University degree or IATA/UFTA Diploma with 5 years industry experience in Ticketing and Reservation.
Job Title: Regional Sales Agents – Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt & Kano
 We seek brilliant young and intelligent sales staff, with first degree and a holder of IATA/UFTA diploma with at least 3 years industry experience. Applicant should be based in the city of choice for three consecutive years.
Job Title: CEO/Managing Director (Nigerian or Expatriate)
The CEO/Managing Director will be responsible for repositioning and managing this enterprise. The ideal candidate should be a self starter, with good work ethics, early riser, self motivator with deep knowledge of Travel industry in addition to active industry contact across board. The candidate must possess ability to work with target and employ best industry practice. The candidate should not be below 36 years old with at least five years experience in Executive Management position in travel industry preferably IATA member airline, travel agency or GDS. Qualified candidate should ideally be a University graduate or with equivalent industry qualification. Holder of IATA/UFTA will be an advantage.
Remuneration will be generous, official car, free medical and profit sharing etc
Job Title: Librarian
Candidate with B.Sc or HND in Library Science or equivalent professional qualification with at least 5 years experience in a corporate environment. Ability to preserve valuables is a plus.
