Job Title: Manager IN & VAS 
Code: 7022
Location: Lagos
Job Function:
Participate in evaluation of design from IN and VAS Vendor and primarily responsible for coordination of resolution of operational problems on IN and VAS with Managed service provider with a view to ensure that services to customers are not impaired at all times.

Principal Accountabilities
  • To ensure IN and VAS deployment as stipulated in Annual Operating Plan (Financial& Strategy)
  • Prepare CAF, Requisition Request for all IN and VAS projects
  • Create Project Tracking Systems and ensure continual improvements in Business Model.
  • Monitor and enforce valuate all Service Level agreements, partner with all stakeholders to achieve positive customer experience and optimize costs
  • Speed of Resolution of IN/VAS issues (Customer)
  • Ensure that operational issues on IN&VAS are resolved within SLA with Vendors
  • Escalate operational issues that are not resolved within SLA
  • Provide statistics of downtime from time to time
  • Participate in weekly operational meeting
Qualification
University degree in Engineering.
Professional qualification in Project Management Techniques

Power Technician
Job Title
Power Technician (Note: This position is a three-month contract position and is renewable subject to availability and performance).
Functional Role
Installation Technician undertakes the installation of telecom equipment at
site for different projects on the global market. The Installation service
applies to all network elements in new, upgrade and change-out installations.
• Manage the installation work on site in accordance to Ericsson
procedures and with respect to customer’s directives.
• Receive and check material against order acknowledgement and
shipping specification.
• Together with Supervisor give special attention to installation work
ongoing in ‘Live Equipment’ where the risk of disturbances in customer
network is high.
• Understand safety rules and use of safety material and tools.
• Together with Supervisor plan, allocate the installation work in
accordance with applicable instructions for handling, assembly, wiring,
checking and work environment (Site Documentation).
• Together with Supervisor check that the working environment is
maintained at an acceptable level, carry out safety inspections and
ensure that mains, electrical tools etc are in good conditions.
• Together with Supervisor check those visual inspections and wire
testing is carried out in the correct manner. Report and take measures
to eliminate factors in the work having a negative effect on quality.
Report any changing in Site installation documentation/C-module to
the Engineering department or the Project leader.
Human Skill Requirements
• Ability to travel extensively
• Willingness to climb tall structures for antenna products (required
Climbing Certification according to local regulation. See Functional
Skill; Installation Technician, Antenna Products).
• Willingness to work with AC Power equipment (required Electrician
Certification according to local regulation. See Functional Skill;
Installation Technician, Power Equipment).
• Safety regulations knowledge
• Normal physical abilities (no color blindness)
Professional Skill Requirements
• Valid driver’s license
• Certification according to local regulation. See Functional Skill;
Installation Technician, Power Equipment).
Specific Competence
Certification in local country for connecting and designing power installations

•Structure and negotiate commercial transactions.
•Advice, draft/review commercial agreements and documentations of other transactions.
•Advice internal departments on various agreements/transactions with a variety of service providers.
•Appraisal, investigation and advice on proposed property acquisition to eliminate risks and perfection of title upon acquisition.
•Prepare monthly management reports.
•Continuous liaison with External Solicitors to ensure regular updates, compliance with procedural rules of court, stipulated time limits for actions, etc. in order to minimize the cost and adverse effect of litigation

REPORTING TO: Commercial Legal Manager
REQUIRED SKILLS:
•4  years of litigation and commercial drafting experience in a reputable law firm or as proprietor
•Civil/commercial litigation experience.

•Experience in handling and negotiating funding
•In depth experience and understanding of the Nigerian framework
