1. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
a. H.N.D, BSc, MSc, and/or Phd in any of the above disciplines.
b. Professional Certificates from a relevant professional body will be added advantage.

2. WORK EXPERIENCE
a. Project Manager – A minimum of 10 years post graduation experience in a well known established company, in addition to a professional certificate from a relevant engineering body.
b. Assistant Project Manager – Same as (a) above
c. Project Engineers – A minimum of 5years post-graduation experience in the relevant discipline.
B. PUBLIC RELATIONS - SENIOR PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER
1. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
First or Second Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism or the Humanities.

2. WORK EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 10 years post-graduation cognate experience in a recognized established organization in that capacity. Proof of professional practice is essential and presentable/image/personality is an advantage.
