Oando Marketing is currently seeking a Laboratory Assistant whose primary responsibility will include assisting the Plant chemist in ensuring effective daily Laboratory Operations.
(Note: All candidates with less than 3 years post NYSC will be required to pass an aptitude test before they can be considered for interview).
SPECIFICATION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Issue Certificate of Quality to all loaded trucks before they leave the terminal.
· Part of the inter-face clearance team to ensure no contamination of product.
· Submission of product samples to third party laboratories
· Ensures effective Housekeeping
· Perform other duties as assigned by the Plant Chemist.
· Carry out detailed analysis of all white products in the Terminal Daily before loading to ensure that the products meet minimum specification.

VACANCY TITLE: LUBES SALES ENGINEER

VACANCY DESCRIPTION
Oando Marketing is currently seeking a Lubes Sales Engineer to executing plans to meet the sales and marketing target of Oando for Commercial and Retail Lubes through effective marketing strategies. The lubricant Sales Engineer under the Branch structure covers a minimum of 3 branches spanning over a minimum of 3 states of the country. The Lubes Sales Engineer is also responsible for building, maintaining and sustaining good and lasting Customer relationship with our entire Commercial and Retail Customers by ensuring excellent service delivery.
(Note: All candidates with less than 3 years post NYSC will be required to pass an aptitude test before they can be considered for interview)
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain, meet and exceed current Commercial/Retail lubes Customer’s requirement
• Recruit new Commercial Customers and sign up new distributors/independent Outlets while ensuring old Customers are retained
• Maintain minimum stock of lubes at warehouses under them and subsequently in Retail Outlets being covered.
• Train Branch Managers, Lubes sales force (including attendants/ dealers/ distributors) and organize lubes seminars/clinics/surveys for Commercial users
Research, monitor market trends, competitors’ activities and consumer preferences
Develop strategies and plan for the promotion and sales of Lubes
Plan, direct and coordinate Customer service strategies and manage customer relationships.
Carries out sales of Lubricants to Commercial and Retail channels
Give logistics support to the Customer Care Unit through product Stock management in warehouses
Carry out programmed survey to ascertain Customers preferences/suggestions and feedbacks
Manage Lubes warehouses.
Identify strategic locations, deploy and drive Kiosk sales of lubes through Retail Off-forecourt channels
Identify, engage and drive viable Independent Outlets in coverage area
Monitor and push Retail bulk oil sales at Outlets and other locations
Develop and implement lubes initiatives/ strategies that will maximize volume and margin contribution to the overall lubes department objective
Ensures that all lubricant spot buyers across branches being covered are captured
Reviews and prepare performance and monitoring reports
Supervises all activities in the lubricant warehouses
Supervises all BMs within coverage area on all lubricant sales and activities
Supports the LM in planning/budgeting decisions.
Liaises with KLP/LM to bring initiatives (product) into the market to satisfy customers and edge out competition
REQUIREMENTS
• A good university degree in Engineering
Minimum of 2 –5 years post graduation with relevant experience in marketing

Job Description
HCM Analyst – Training
Oando Marketing is currently seeking an Analyst for the HCM team who is primarily responsible for providing administrative and logistics support for the implementation of all interventions and programs related to Training. The incumbent is also responsible for conducting value adding research, analysis and reporting.
(Note: All candidates with less than 3 years post NYSC will be required to pass an aptitude test before they can be considered for interview)
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Training Management
- Responsible for the administration, documentation, processing, of all approved training programs in line with the appropriate budget. Monitors the variance between training and approved budget.
- Conducts research and analysis on all training offerings from both local and international training/developmental institutions
- Coordinates all vendor related interfaces follows up on processing of all program invoices and payments to third party vendors.
- Responsible for relevant pre and post training communications to staff and their supervisors, including scheduling of training and staff.
- Oversees the successful organization of all local training programs including in-plants and off-location programs
- Manages and regularly updates the training database which include training reports, training plans, training vendor inventory, program brochures, etc on the paperless portal
- Responsible for collating training and developmental needs from staff appraisals and analyses the staff Individual Development Plan after training.
- Generates relevant statistical reports on training and other activities of the unit.
- Manages and maintain the training and developmental activity including upload of Computer Based Training questions and related data on the Oracle Learning Management System.
- Is responsible for upload of Computer Based Training (CBT) questions and maintenance of the database on Oracle and running of daily, weekly and monthly status updates on all Computer Based training and E learning courses
- Ensures that all training reports – enrollment reports, budget reports, course evaluation feedback reports, CBT status reports etc for management is in done as at when due
- Collates Training reports such as Course Evaluation Summary
Requirements
- 1st degree in any discipline with a minimum of second class lower
- 3 years experience (post NYSC ) within a reputable and structured business environment
- Previous consulting experience or background in any HR related field will definitely be an advantage
