Oando Marketing is currently seeking a Retail Branch Manager responsible for developing and executing plans to meet the set targets in volume and margin for marketing Oando’s business for the branch.The Branch Manager also serves as the liaison officer of the Company in his/her location in terms of relationship management of government agencies; regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.
(Note: All candidates with less than 3 years post NYSC will be required to pass an aptitude test before they can be considered for interview)
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Effectively plan and allocates targets to all the stations.
· Ensures that stations orders are followed up with CCU to avoid stock out.
· Effectively manage each customer account to ensure the sales targets are fully achieved.
· Offer efficient and effective supervision including guidance to dealers while initiating business plan / move to achieve individual outlets set targets.
· Actively seek to develop new retail channel business off the forecourt.
· Maintain updated / comprehensive data on each dealer and conducts regular appraisals on dealers.
· To monitor competitors activities and provide useful information including statistics that will promote company activities.
· Ensure that company policies are strictly adhered to in the running of retail outlets as detailed out in the Retail management procedures.
· To prepare and timely submit monthly sales report and others as may be required from time to time.
· Acquire new retail outlets based on the pre-determined criteria & strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
· A good University degree.
· Post-NYSC.
· Not above 28 years at entry level
· Analytically-minded.
· Ability to work with little or no supervision.
· General Business Knowledge.
· Highly mobile and strong driving proficiency.

JOB DESCRIPTION
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Assist the Project Management Team to ensure compliance with Client Upgrade/ Pipeline Project safety objectives throughout the life of the Project,
To supervise Field Joint Coating, Trenching, Trench Preparation, Holiday Testing and Coating Repair, Lower In, As-Built Survey, Backfill and Compaction and Reinstatement in order to achieve a proper execution of all CONTRACTOR’s activities and work for these areas and disciplines,
Experience in heavy lift of large diameter pipe. To assist in JSA review for heavy lifting operations.
To assess the seriousness and urgency of possible problems encountered by or with CONTRACTOR, and, when necessary, to obtain an acceptable remedial actions plan from CONTRACTOR,
To assess the relevancy of the construction related VORs issued by CONTRACTOR, and prepare supporting data for the purpose of the internal VOR Review Meeting, under the responsibility of the Site Representative.,
To maintain good relationships with CONTRACTOR and Third Parties,
Keep informed the Site Representative of all events which may affect the completion of the Project goals,
To co-ordinate the activities of the various COMPANY Inspectors in his area, and clarify the interfaces between their respective scopes of responsibilities when and as required,
Assist the Site Representative to co-ordinate the Pipeline Site Quality Control, Site Safety, Site Engineering and Site Services as required,
JOB REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED COMPETENCE
More than 10 years Cross Country Pipeline Construction proven successful experience in an equivalent position on large diameter Pipelines, Experience in Nigeria is a plus
Experience in heavy lift operations on large diameter pipe.
Strong background in Cross Country Pipeline Construction
Experience in pipeline reinstatement and required standards.
Proven experience with Sprayed Epoxy Application
Proven leadership capabilities, strong reporting and organizational skills
Fluent in English language, French is a plus.
Good oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate efficiently
Autonomous, self motivating but active team player
Hands on PC programs (Word/ Excel etc.)

DRILLING SUPERVISOR
The ideal candidate profile
Candidates should possess a minimum of Bachelors degree with second class upper division (2.1) in any of the following Engineering disciplines – Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil or Petroleum Engineering
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suites
Team player with good interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a multi-discipline, multi-cultural environment
Good written and oral communication skills, integrity, zealous, and quick to acquire new expertise through training
Prior cognate experience in rig operations or engineering will be an added advantage
Job Description
Provide day to day on-site supervision of drilling operations and prepare reports to the Drilling Operations Superintendent
Serve as the primary contact with the rig contractor and third party personnel at the rig site to ensure that operations are performed safely and cost-effectively in accordance with the approved well program
Logistical planning and coordination of personnel, equipment, supplies and services to ensure that twenty four hour operations are maintained

Ensure that third party equipment is adequately and properly maintained
Ensure compliance with all government and other appropriate regulations, including education of all rig personnel on safety and related issues
Ensure that well control, marine safety and other drills are held on a regular basis per company guidelines
Ensure that accurate and adequate reports and records are kept regarding operations, equipment and evaluation
Please note that this position entails working offshore on rotation basis for the entire career.
 Responsible for well control, real time drilling optimization, casing tallies, cementing calculations, and completion tallies and spaceout
Organise and order necessary services and equipment to conduct drilling, completion, workover, and testing operations
Responsible for enforcement of approved Safety, Health, Environment and Security procedures to manage operational risks and prevent harm to personnel, environment and equipment
