As one of the fastest growing private universities in Nigeria, increasing student enrolment has necessitated the need for additional staff.

A.  Teaching Positions: Candidates without Ph.D will not be considered.
1.   Faculty of Social Sciences & Entrepreneurial Studies:
Management & Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Office Technology & Management (Secretarial Administration), Printing & Publishing, Sports & Recreation Management, Tourism & Hospitality Management, Architecture, Estate Management, Urban & Regional Management.
2.  Faculty of Law:
Jurisprudence, Private Law, Public Law, Business Law, International Law, Intellectual & Property Law, Cyber Law.
3.  Faculty of Information Technology & Applied Sciences:
Computer & Information Science, Food Science & Technology, Electronics, Electrical Electronics.
B. Qualification and Experience:
(i)Professor: Candidates should be matured scholars with a Ph.D. degree in the relevant field and not less than 10 years cognate experience in a University or comparable institution. The candidate should have a substantial number of scholarly books and other publications in reputable journals. They should be able to provide academic leadership, initiate and carry out independent research work as well as supervise research work of their students. Evidence of skills and competence in administration is essential.
(ii)Associate Professor: As for item (i) above with not less than 8years cognate experience in the university or comparable institution.
(iii) Senior Lecturer: As for item (i) above, with not less than 5years cognate experience.
(iv) Lecturer I: Candidates Should Possess a Ph. D degree in the relevant discipline with evidence of scholarly books and other publications and not less than 3years’ cognate experience. In addition, they should also be able to supervise students’ projects.
(v) Lecturer II: Candidates should possess a Ph.D degree in the relevant discipline with evidence of scholarly publications.
C.  Technologist / Engineers (all cadres): University Degree or equivalent s in any of the following Technological / Engineering fields: Food Science, Computer Science, Electronics, laboratory Technology, Technology, telecommunication; Media Technology (Audio, Multimedia & Digital film fields).
Entry Depends on Qualifications and level of experience in the University or comparable institution.
D.  Laboratory / Graduate Assistant in Electronics: Candidates should possess B.Sc/HND in Elect/Elect or Physics/Electronics, Ability to interpret and work with simple analogue and digital circuits in necessary.
Salaries and Fringe Benefits
Condition of service is highly attractive. Appointments are pensionable. Salary entry points on the CONUASS / CONTISS Scales are what is generally applicable in Federal Universities and can also be negotiated.
