Champion Breweries Plc was incorporated as a Private Limited Liability Company on the 31st of July, 1974 with the same South East Breweries Limited. The Company’s name was changed from South East Breweries Limited to Cross River Breweries Limited and thereafter to Champion Breweries Limited. The latter name, Champion Breweries Limited was changed to Champion Breweries Plc on the 1st of September, 1992.
On the 24th of November 1974, the then South Eastern State of Nigeria signed an Agreement with Messrs. Haase Brauerie GMBH of Humbury (“Technical Partners”) for the supply and construction of a turnkey Brewery in Uyo with a capacity of 150,000 hectoliters. The foundation stone of the Brewery was laid on the 19th of March, 1975. on the 11th of December 1976, the Brewery was officially commissioned and its products, Champion Lager Beer launched into the market with success with initial capacity of 150,000 hectoliters per annum.

BREWERS

EDUCATION
Advanced university degree (Masters or Phd) related to democratic governance and development, such as political science, economics and other social sciences.
EXPERIENCE:

Ability to travel within Nigeria and overseas.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
Strong skills in written communications in English particularly in preparing issue-based papers or reports.  Excellent spoken English is also required.

TECHNICIAN at Zone international petroleum (ZIP)
Our Company Zone International Petroleum (ZIP) is an Oil Service Firm Specializing in Fuel condition Monitoring and Heavy Duty Equipment Supply. As part of our business expansion drive, we are currently seeking self-motivated, resourceful and result oriented personnel for the following position:
POSITION: FIELD SERVICE MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN
LOCATION: Lagos
Applicants for this position must have the following minimum qualifications:
City & Guilds, OND qualification or equivalent
At least two (2) years experience working in regular contact with diesel generators, tanks, compressors, regulating equipment and distribution systems.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintenance of essential generator e.g caterpillar diesel engine and gas engines
Maintenance of turbine driven gas compressors.
Maintenance and Operation of Diaphragm Pumps, Reciprocating Pumps
Experience in facilities management of fuel tanks and cleaning of tanks
Maintenance of instrument air compressors
Occasionally preparing demos using ZIP equipment
Ensure most economical and effective layout of equipment installations together with achieving high level of productivity in work assigned
Must be able to adhere to safety rules and regulations, taking precautions is essential to guard against work hazards
Must safeguard, protect and assure the proper use of all ZIP funds and/or properly
The technician will be perform other duties and special assignments as required
